The therapy relationship is the most important part of any effective treatment. This is backed resoundingly by research. As a psychologist, my goal is to collaborate with my clients so that they can understand themselves more clearly, build on their strengths, and make meaningful changes.

My approach draws from relational EMDR and psychodynamic therapy, as well as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness.
